Raven Baxter is at it again. To change the future, she and Eddie and Chelsea, her best friends, come up with outrageous plans and daring disguises, but don’t always consider the consequences of their actions. Raven meets Stanley, an annoying 7 year olds, who is very vocal about his strong crush on Raven and consistently thwarts any opportunities Raven has for romance.
